Who needs an umbrella when you have an oversized shoulder purse that’s large enough to shield you from the rain? Penelope doesn’t and left her umbrella a few nights ago while out and about with Javier Bardem. Yep that’s her. Zipper down and all, it’s Penelope Cruz after getting dinner in New York City.

haha. Poor girl. It looks like her bag is made of suede too, so prob not the best idea.
