Is it just me, or does no one talk about Hogan bags anymore? Ever since I saw a darling little pink Hogan bag at the Tod’s outlet in Florida (which I should have bought, but didn’t), I have been wondering what’s with all the silence when it comes to this designer. Are they too plain maybe? Or too expensive? Or does the company simply not advertise their product enough?

Whatever the reason is, I thought I’d break the silence today by talking about this lovely Hogan bag I have pictured above. It is called the Shopping Grande and there is just something about it that calls to me. I understand that it’s a plain bag, but I think it’s plain in a good way. The soft straps and delicate pleats add just enough interest to the bag’s overall simple shape. I think it would make a good everyday bag for someone that is looking for something that isn’t too flashy. The style is so classic, I can see someone owning it for many years and never feeling like it’s outdated.

The Hogan Shopping Grande is constructed of soft, supple leather. It features an exterior pocket on the front and refined silver hardware. You can find it in black over at Neiman Marcus. It retails for $1,265. And don’t forget they are currently offering free shipping (Enter Code: SHIPJUL).

    A pink Hogan sounds delish.

w12 – Yes, that Hogan bag I saw was simply adorable. It was a little pink hobo bag and it was only $260 (they were having a 60% off sale at the Tod’s outlet). But stupid me, I didn’t get it. I cried when I got home though.

Hogan is not a popular brand, but their bags are everlasting.
