Model Lily Cole Has Designed a Line of Purses
19 year old British super model, soon to be Cambridge educated Lily Cole pictured above with the new rainbow bag she designed for the company Monsoon Accessorize.

“She is one of the most outstanding models of this generation, and absolutely we are enchanted to work with her” – founder of Monsoon Accessorize, Peter Simon.

The satin purse she has created is painted with streaks of vibrant colors such as hot pink, warm yellow and spiced orange and topped off with a chunky black plastic shoulder strap. Price of this bag retails for $70.

   I will be honest: I am sick of seeing celebs and models starting clothing and accessory lines on the basis of their name recognition rather than design aesthetic!
