I’m an extreme girly girl and I love anything that’s overly feminine. With that said, I’m also obsessed with almost everything that has studs on it. Put studs on something girly looking and I will probably be in love with it! So I’m sure it comes as no surprise that when I saw the Salvatore Ferragamo “Ginny” Bag I instantly fell in love. It’ adorable, the color is super pretty and the studs give it some flare. Even the bow featured on the front of the bag had me at first sight!

I’m waiting patiently for iPhone 5 to come out. I have never owned an iPhone and I’m now ready to convert. However, I refuse to convert until the newest one comes out. It would royally stink if I got the iPhone 4S an then a couple months later iPhone 5 came out. Because of this waiting and with the industry I’m in, I literally have to carry my lap top everywhere with me. Kind of annoying but at least it will all come to an end as soon as the new iPhone hits the shelves.

Summer is here! And with warm weather comes bright colors! Er… right? While I do love my fuchsia F+C Mini City, I think I might be ready to try something new for Summer 2010. I heard that neutrals were supposed to be really hot this year, so I figured why not. And with that, I was off to check out all the neutral handbags this season has to offer. And do you know what I found? A wide variety of styles in everything from clean off-whites to touchable taupes. If there was ever a such thing as a “neutral rainbow”, this season definitely has it! Below I have listed some great neutral picks, so check them out and see what you think!

When I was three, the most fabulous gift my parents bought me was a battery operated Power Wheels pink Barbie Jeep, and boy was I grateful for that. As the years when by, I grew out of my “first vehicle” and no more attention it received. When your parents are Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, your lifestyle consists of pricey gifts and luxuries practically everyday. Check out Little Miss Suri Cruise and the latest accessory to hit her toy box. The pintsize celebrity tot was photographed in daddy’s arms carrying a miniature sized Sofia bag by Salvatore Ferragamo. Where does Suri get her fabulous style from? We’re pointing fingers at Fashionista momma Katie Holmes of course; just take a look at how she’s sporting the original Sofia satchel in arms as well.
Whether you agree or disagree on a three year old owning her very own $850 designer handbag, you simply can’t deny the fact that Suri Cruise is absolutely adorable and we might just be a little bit jealous! Discover the Sophia Top Handle bag online at: LUISAVIAROMA

Over at IMBd they published a handful of new photo’s of the new flick, “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps”, featuring Shia LaBeouf’s character in action.
Curios what bag he’s using? He’s wearing a piece by Salvatore Ferragamo.

There have been very few flicks I’ve seen where I easily spot designer handbags worn by the stars. Very few films display designer goods on their set. I’ve even seen knockoffs on the big screen! I’m a bagista, and I have no shame in saying that I tend to eye each scene in search of recognizable accessories. I ran into this pic of Miss Jennifer Aniston, filming on the set of an upcoming movie, “The Bounty Hunter”. From the looks of this and other pictures, it looks like Jennifer will be filmed carrying her black handbag of choice. We’ll just have to wait and see if this handbag does make a debut in the movie. In case you aren’t aware, Jennifer’s classy black bag happens to be the Convertible Satchel by Salvatore Ferragamo. I personally am not going crazy over this piece, but I can see how Jennifer is pleased with her Ferragamo. This structured satchel carries an awkward design in pebbled Italian leather, which appears to be soft and slouchy. I can see how its discreet design isn’t loud enough to catch much attention, but enough to make her dressy appearance to look even classier. Convertibly carry this piece on the crook of the arm or with the removable shoulder strap, just like Jennifer.
This satchel can be found in pretty fuschia leather or in Jennifer’s choice of black leather. Hit the Salvatore Ferragamo section here @ Saks.

Salvatore Ferragamo Fiera Carnival Shopper Tote
Animal prints are a great exotic twist on handbags. But animals actually printed on bags? I’m not exactly sure how I feel about this trend. Here we have the new Fiera Carnival shopper by Salvatore Ferragamo, which features a sitting tiger in the front. Not only does this bag depict a ferocious wild creature of the jungle, but also features a floral theme with a touch of bright pink. And as seen, the exterior is partially surrounded by chocolate leather trim with slight silver toned brass hardware detailing while the sides are belted with small silver rivets.
I’m not sure how I’d even pair this to what I normally wear. Don’t get me wrong because I love exotic prints, including tiger. But I’m just not feeling this trend, as it’s too busy and not appealing to me. It reminds me of some no name brand bags that I’ve seen at stands in the mall. And with a price tag of $940, this one can definitely stay on the display shelf. Anyways, the shopper is at least roomy measuring in at 10 1/2″x 12 1/2″ x 4 1/4″. The interior has a canvas lining and there is also a pocket for your cell. But overall, the animal-printed-on-a-bag concept isn’t one that’s making it’s way into my collection of handbags.

Carrie Bradshaw: The Salvatore Ferragamo Ostrich Feather Bag
Ok, so we all know that Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw is the ultimate fashionista. She’s always sporting the latest looks by the hottest designers and starting the newest trends. Us fellow fashionista’s have been pretty lonely since the series finale of Sex and the City but have much to look forward to because of the release of the movie this spring. One of Sex and the City’s biggest appeals is the fashion. Fashionistas always anticipate Carrie Bradshaw’s latest shoes or newest funky bag. With the release of the movie creeping up on us, scenes from the movie have hit the internet leaving us all in awe over the fashion.
Miss Carrie Bradshaw was seen in a couple of scenes carrying the Salvatore Ferragamo Ostrich Feather Bag. This is definitely not your average handbag, nor would we expect Carrie Bradshaw to carry the average handbag. It boasts of soft, colorful ostrich feathers, brown leather lining and an ornate gold buckle. Its safe to say that you will not go unnoticed carrying this bad. It is funky, vibrant, and in your face. It is nothing but unique. It can look fantastic with the right outfit but can easily turn into a disaster if accessorized with an already lively outfit. It screams Carrie Bradshaw but does it scream you?
