Designer Dooney and Bourke vs Designer Louis Vuitton

These two bags don’t look as similar as the ones pictured above. The two denim monogram fabric bags both come from (almost) equally admired designer houses. So what do you think. . . the Louis Vuitton Baggy pm versus the Dooney and Bourke pocket satchel. Simular or unique and different?

i agree that there are simularities. minor ones. not on the one pictured, isnt it (the dooney) also available in the light cowhide leather
responding to anna’s comment: how can you claim that dooney and bourke is not a designer house. not your premium designer handbag, but a designer label. that is a little absurd to claim “they copy every successful design from other labels that comes along” you need some examples to back up that statement. that’s just plain false.

about the bags pictured above. only the simularity is the denim mongram that i believe both came out with at the same time.

I personally like the DB purse better. However, if the Louis V came in it’s standard color, it would be so much more appealing. Either way, a good denim bag is hard to come by.
Louis Vuitton is definitely a hot brand of handbags and accessories but I really prefer Chanel and this article just adds to my views I am not much feeling the styles, I really would prefer to have a Chanel or even a Chloe it would even cost me less.
