Dooney and Bourke | Bolero Bag
I am one of those shoppers who like the convenience of shopping whenever I want with a click of the button. Seems like every time I’m in the shopping mode there is severe traffic. Either that’s my bad luck, or an unpredictable event that just so happens to arrive when least expected. Last evening I decided to go roam around window-shopping. It took an hour to go 9 blocks, when usually if there’s all green lights, no cars blocking the intersections, no traffic or fat busses it would take only 5 minutes.

So some how I ended up at the Macy’s where I rediscovered this Bolero Bag. I spotted this bag a while back when it first came out, but my disgust for the bag convinced me not to blog about it. I think what turned me off were the multicolored tassels with star and heart hardware details and contrasting whipstitch. Since then I guess the bag’s image grew on me. This Bolero is no longer the unsightly bag in my mind, but now a creative yet unique and very different bag.

If you think you like this bag, or want to try it out, you can also find it on the Bag Borrow or Steal site. The lowest option you can get is the one bag a month choice for $50. So for Princess status you pay $50 per month to keep this bag for as long as you want. If you get sick of it then you can turn around and trade it in for a BCBG, Betsey Johnson, Celine, Chloe, Coach, Kate Spade, Cynthia Rowley, Lulu Guinness, Juicy Couture, Michael Kors, Moschino, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Cole Haan, etc bag.

If you want the bag all for yourself then you can find it at Macys.com for $365.
