There are all kinds of Yoga class one can attend. One that sticks out in my mind is the latest craze, Hot Yoga. One thing is for sure, people that are into yoga are into hard core. I like yoga, wish I did it more often to keep up with my flexibility though. However, whenever I do yoga in my home I have to have a yoga mat.
