Juicy Couture Peony Purse in Black Multi
I would have never guessed who the mastermind behind this design was by just pure guessing. Seriously, would you girls have figured it out? It’s called the Peony by Juicy Couture! Surprised? I am. When I think of peony, I think florals, nature, and soft feminine shades; talk about the absolute opposite name for this piece. Notice the odd shaped figures (how could you not) found throughout the handbag? I’m determined to find some type of Juicy Couture emblem among the mass clutter, a Yorkshire Terrier or an outline of a crown, perhaps? I’ve had no luck yet. I’m a true fanatic of deep browns and blacks on my handbags, but this hue collaboration is just horrid! The material of choice for the Peony is leather and even that doesn’t catch my attention. Any of you Bagista’s a fan of this piece, or am I the only missing the artistic vibe of this bag? My opinion towards this Juicy is still set at dull and unattractive, and with a hefty (and insanely overpriced) MSRP of $391, I say you keep your money and seek a thrift shop, you’re more likely to find a similar retro piece for a whole lot less!

Uhm, can we say Miu Miu inspired?
uhm, no thanks. yuck
I don’t like the colors, but the design is sortof cool.
It’s called houndstooth, and it’s great for fall.
I don’t like one feature.
No matte who the ‘mastermind’ is, he/she is a copycat. This one is so Miu Miu and I’ve seen other ones so Marc Jacobs, or MMJ. Every season JC makes two kinds of bags: the ‘inspired’ ones, and the ones reflecting their own aesthetic, which means over-decorating and ugly.
What the h*ll was juicy thinking? This looks like a replica miu miu bag!
