Juicy Couture Woven Straw Tote with Beaded Rosette

Juicy Couture Woven Straw Tote with Beaded Rosette
Juicy Couture celebrates the arrival of the warmer seasons with the perfect seasonal tote, meet the Large Straw Tote. Simply to the point, it’s a large straw tote and nothing more. I’ve never owned a straw bag reasons being that quality is the first thought that comes to mind. How well does the brittle looking material hold up with time? Plus, I prefer the soft smooshy texture of leather, anytime. The perfect accessory for summer dresses or to take on a picnic, there are endless possibilities this summery tote can accompany you with. My only problem with this piece is the overall craftsmanship and design of this tote. I mean, this is by Juicy Couture and it really doesn’t look like it. Couldn’t they have re-done the whole floral detail to appear a lot nicer? That flower appliqué looks dried up and dead! Speaking of unattractive, the dangling beads appear dull and cheap looking as well.

Maybe it’s just me, but I’m not impressed with this straw tote. I’ve seen nicer designs in the past, and this one is nowhere near convincing. Ladies what’s your input on this Juicy Couture tote? What about straw totes? Measuring 12” x 12” x 10”, grab your own for $228 via: shopbop.com

This just doesn’t look like juicy couture to me. It’s rather dry and boring for such a fun brand.
