Betsey Johnson Mouse Pouch

One of my biggest fears is mice. Whether it’s a mouse or mice, I don’t like them. They scare me just as much as bugs and I’m always afraid they will bite me. Anytime I see a mouse in NYC, I scream! It’s kind of funny, because how can something that weighs as much as one of my high heels be so scary? Mind boggling to me but I don’t like them.

Juicy Couture Miss World Ombre Tote

Any beauty pageant fans out there? Miss World 2011 is set to debut sometime in November, but you don’t have to wait until then to see attractive matters out on display. The fun and feminine brand of Juicy Couture has unleashed the Miss World Ombre Tote for the Fall/Winter season.

Juicy Couture Sequin Day Dreamer

I don’t know about all of you, but Juicy Couture just hasn’t been doing it for me lately when it comes to their Day Dreamer Totes. There is the new embroidered design here or the different ribbon embellishment there, but they don’t really change that much from season to season. It wasn’t long before I found myself passively yawning as I passed by the Juicy Couture display at my favorite local department store. All of this changed, however, during my latest little shopping trip (okay, I was really there to pay the bill but it’s always a good excuse to check out all the pretty new things). I walked past the large Juicy Couture display and this one bag just jumped out at me. It’s called the Juicy Couture Hi-Shine Day Dreamer!

Juicy Couture Coronado Beach Bag

Summer is vastly approaching us and I think when everyone thinks of it beaches, islands, getaways and the hot sun comes to people’s minds. I would say the most popular thing to do in the Summer is to visit the beach. I live in South Florida, 10 minutes from Miami to be exact, and all year long people flock here to visit the beach but especially during the Summer. The beach gets so packed that people are literally side by side to each other on the sand. Needless to say, I try to stay away from the beach but when I go I do like to look as fashionable as possible.

The Juicy Couture “Coronado” Beach Bag is the perfect accessory to accompany you at the beach. It would look cuter if it was navy blue and white to go with the whole sailor theme but it’s pretty adorable. The rope gives it that boat feeling, all it needed was a tiny anchor hanging from it!

Bag Trend: Leopard Print

I’ve always had a weakness for animal prints. Although in recent months there has been a flood of “Leopard Print” bags to hit the market just in time for spring and summer for the yearly animal print tradition. But my question is, has it lost its wow factor? Or is it just one of those trends that will come back yearly, regardless.

Every designer under the sun has their own interpretation of the Leopard Print design. And what’s great about this is that there are so many different variations out there of the same idea, so its not exactly like you’re getting the same thing.

Let me near your thoughts.

Here are a couple new bags fresh off the designers rack for spring..

Kate Spade Devote Modern Lissy – $295
A plump little bucket-style tote in embossed leather and 14-karat gold accents.

Juicy Couture “Perforated Heart” Bag

I’ve never been into small bags because I have a tendency to carry every small accessory you can imagine in my handbag. I have to have a makeup bag, keys, change wallet, a big wallet, agenda etc. Sometimes I even carry a magazine and an endless amount of pens for what reason? I don’t know. You can definitely label me as someone that keeps the inside of their bag very messy and unorganized.

Lately, I’ve been on the hunt for a small bag. Just a bag, with a shoulder strap, that I can carry my phone, lip stick and money in. Something so I can be a little more organized. The Juicy Couture “Perforated Heart” Bag is the exact bag I was looking for. It’s small, black, has gold hardware and has little hearts all over it to add a touch of cuteness to it.

Juicy Couture Bio

Once upon a time in 1994 there were two friends by the names of Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor who stormed up an idea of creating chic pants and hoodies in various fabrics from velour to cashmere.

The jumpsuit look available in a large array of designs and colors became an instant hit within the celebrity world with fans of the brand including Madonna, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Pamela Anderson, and Nicole Richie.

Its huge success later launched the collection of handbags, jewelry, shoes, denim and couture ready-to-wear. Juicy Couture’s’ designs are modern, bright, and extra girlie and the fact that you can find crystals, crowns, and Yorkshire terrier puppies on their goods is what makes this American based brand extra nice. Some of their best selling accessories includes, the velour Daydreamer totes and their infamous adorable charms.

Juicy Couture Heart Day Dreamer

One of my favorite bags Juicy Couture has ever made is the “Day Dreamer” tote. I would consider it one of Juicy Couture’s classic and iconic bags. We see it every season styled differently and each season tries to out do the last.

With Valentine’s Day coming up, it comes as no surprise that Juicy Couture wanted to take part in the holiday in a fashionable way. The brand has brought to us the ever so popular “Day Dreamer” tote adorned in 3D hearts! Very clever if I might add, especially if you are a huge Juicy fan.

This would totally be a tote I would want to carry on Valentine’s and Sweetest day but that’s about it. Maybe even carry it all month of February but that’s about it. I couldn’t see myself using this tote all year long especially when different holidays are coming up!

Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! And what better way to celebrate than with a cute Valentine’s Day accessory? Oh my gosh, my jaw just about hit the floor when I say the new Louis Vuitton Vernis Heart Coin Purse in Leopard! It is so adorable in the Blanc Corail (White/Coral Pink). I love it! But for almost $500? Yikes! I think I might want to save my money and put it toward an actual handbag. So I decided to do a little digging to see what sorts of Valentine’s Day accessories I could uncover for a bagista on a budget. What I found was a collection of affordable accessories that you won’t feel guilty about once it’s time to store them in your closet for about 11 months. So get yourself a little gift this Valentine’s Day! And gentlemen? If you’re out there, then you might want to take note! These are some great gift ideas for that special handbag lover in your life!
