Kooba Faye
Ever since Kooba disappeared from the shelves of my favorite local department store, I sort of lost track of this designer. There is no doubt that Kooba is still near the top of my list of favorite handbag designers. Out of sight does not necessarily mean out of mind. So I just couldn’t help but wonder what the heck they have been up to lately! You probably have already guessed by now that I decided to take a little peek at Kooba’s official online store. What did I find there? For one, there was a lot of canvas! But none of those really catch my eye. Nope, my eyes landed on this leather style you see pictured here. It’s called the Faye Shoulder Bag!
I think what grabbed my attention most with this bag was the woven detail on the sides. The weave is loose and composed of broad strips of leather. Translation: Oh so Kooba! I also love the deep crescent shape and somewhat longer shoulder strap. It really is the perfect everyday style! I’m also liking the soft neutral palette of colors available, despite the fact that I have been all about bright colors lately. In my opinion, the neutral colors just fit this style better!
Find the Kooba Faye Shoulder Bag at Kooba.com! It is currently available in Rose, Camel, or Luggage!

Is there a crossbody version? I think that would look amazing. The strap almost looks long enough to, but not really in the modeling picture.
This is my favorite bag right now, the Faye. I’ve never seen it in person, but I sure would love to. I think this is my next bag.
A green would be amazing. But I guess that’s not really a popular color.
I love Kooba. Never fails.
