Louis Vuitton Monogramouflage Jasmine
As most of you bagista’s already know, Marc Jacobs and Takashi Murakami once again impress the fans of French couture brand Louis Vuitton with an artistic collaboration like no other. Their latest unique and hip design is no longer a secret to the world of fashion and is now available to its consumers via the Internet! That’s right fashionista’s, head on over to eLuxury (dot com) now, and pick up one of the latest pieces of the Monogramouflage line before they’re gone! Even before this line was released to the public, I got mixed impression by Vuitton fans via forums and fashion critics. It seems like everybody either likes the combination of Camo and Vuitton’s signature logo, or they simply dislike the line all together. Take for example the Jasmine pictured above. When I read what the Monogramouflage design would look like, I never imagined I could have found interest in the design at all. Once I got a visual image of what the line looked like, I liked it. Also, like most Vuitton bags, I’m pretty sure the Monogramouflage pieces are a lot more impressive in person rather than in the stock photos that most only glimpse at. So how do you ladies feel about this line, and most importantly, would you wear a piece of Monogramouflage?

This new line is so hideous. I would never wear a piece.
This is one ugly bag.
With this collaboration I was really expecting something more glamorous. . camo is not what I had in mind.
I am so shocked that this bag would actually be a designer bag and sold at such a high price. It looks so tacky and cheap. Yuck! I would expect to see it at Wet Seal for $20.
Tragic.
