Coach handbags are sort of like a roller coaster — they have had their ups and downs. For a long time, I wasn’t liking what I was seeing. Now, suddenly I am finding myself falling in love with the brand all over again. Funny how that works, isn’t it? I think what has been grabbing my attention lately are these new bags that don’t scream Coach. No logos or signature prints. No classic leather styles that everyone recognizes. Intriguing isn’t it? The Zot features a blue square aluminum case face with an all digital dial. The time is expressed by the 12 dots. The large window displays the hour (months in date mode) and the line displays the minutes. At first it’s kinda confusing, but you’ll get the hang of it after a couple wears. It took me at least that long to figure out how to read my baby blue Zub Zenh.

It’s that time of year again! The leaves have fallen and the weather is turning colder. Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Christmas will be here before we know it! Oh my, where has the year gone? It seems like just yesterday that I was having to remember to write 09, instead of 08, when writing the date on my checks.
With the days passing by so quickly, it may be a good idea to start thinking of potential Christmas gifts for that special someone. I’ve been looking for quite some time, for a designer travel bag. I love the Louis Vuitton “Keepall” bags, but I kind of wanted something black. Using a bag as a travel bag can get dirty very easily especially if you travel a lot. My travel bags are notorious for getting fifty, so I knew a Louis Vuitton “Keepall” was definitely out of the question for me.
I have a black travel bag now, and you can’t even notice the wear and tear on it. I use it constantly, and for it to still look brand new is amazing.
When I spotted the Burberry “Weekender” Bag, I was in love! It was everything I was looking for in a designer travel bag! It was black, the perfect size, and came with a shoulder strap. I tend to carry a lot of shoes in my travel bags, so a shoulder strap is always a must.
It doesn’t look like you would be able to fit much in this bag, but I do think it would be a great carry on bag. Face it, nowadays you can’t have a big carry on bag to bring with you on the plane. If you can find a bag that can hold some clothes, shoes, and personal items then you got a winner. When a travel bag can do all that, plus be made by one of your favorite designer’s then that makes it all the more reason to buy it! Right?
The Burberry “Weekender” Bag can be purchased at Nordstrom for $795, which I believe is a great price for this bag. It’s not very often you can find a designer travel bag below $1,000 and that is a fact! It’s pretty, simple, and does justice for what you need it for. I give Burberry a “thumbs up” for designing this beautiful piece!

While I was shopping yesterday, I saw a woman carrying the Louis Vuitton “Monogram Sac Plat.” I was never a fan of the “Sac Plat”, but hers really caught my attention. It wasn’t as tacky as it looked in stock photo’s and kind of reminded me of a market bag. I could totally see some woman in New York taking this bag to a local market and putting the loaf of bread she bought inside it.
I browsed the Louis Vuitton website and saw that the “Sac Plat” is also made in the Damier canvas. I’m a huge fan of the Damier Canvas, because it can make any Monogram handbag look much more classy and sophisticated.
In my opinion, this bag is would be great for a business woman or just any woman that carries a lot of papers. You could easily put books, notebooks, or folders in this bag and you would never have to worry about them getting dented.
As for the outfit, a suit or pencil skirt with a matching blouse would go amazing with this bag. I can’t really see doing the whole casual look while carrying this bag. When I see this bag, it looks like more of a work bag to me more than an everyday bag. If I was out of college I would consider purchasing this bag because it would be a fabulous accessory at any interview.
The Louis Vuitton Damier “Sac Plat” can be purchased at Louis Vuitton for $1,060. Seems like a bit much for a bag that doesn’t even close at the top, but it still is stunning. Whether it’s for work, or everyday use this bag would look great in any collection.
