Marc by Marc Jacobs Designer

With the success of his Collection line, Marc Jacobs wasn’t done just yet. The Marc by Marc Jacobs line made its debut on the runway in 2001 and was an instant hit among fashionista’s and celebrities alike. Marc Jacobs interpreted a modern casual line filled with girly, vintage and eye-catching details to it. It’s no surprise to see oversized buttons and more than enough zippers on his extra bold and colorful designs. The Marc by Marc Jacobs line carries a wide range of ready to wear, handbags and accessories, funky foot wear, and jewelry. Some of the most memorable MbMJ pieces include the mouse flats, the ongoing Miss. Marc accessories, and of course his luscious leather handbags such as the Turnlock Teri and Faridah that have been spotted in almost every color imaginable.

Names such as Lauren Conrad, Katherine Heigel, Rachel Bilson, Kate Beckinsale, and Miley Cyrus are few of the many starlets who have been spotted carrying MbMJ pieces in their daily style. I think Marc is really such an amazing designer. I mean look at how many different labels he juggles, so challenging. I wonder how he does it!
