Marc by Marc Jacobs Miss Marc Spot Pirate Crossbody Bag
Does anyone remember Spot the Dog? For some strange reason, that little cartoon puppy was what popped into my mind when I saw the Marc by Marc Jacobs Miss Marc Spot Crossbody Bag. Maybe because the word “spot” is in the name? I know, I’m weird. But, hey, at least this gives me a chance to talk about this cute little bag. I probably wouldn’t have given it a second thought if it wasn’t for the name. And I can definitely see now why this bag was given its name. It really is a spot!
This circular crossbody bag measures just over 7 inches in diameter. But I think this bag, despite its small size, has quite a bit of charm to it. I really love the latest version of Miss Marc. She’s dressed up in an adorable pirate outfit. Gathered around her are these cute little animals, although I’m not sure exactly what they are supposed to be. This is definitely one of Marc’s better renditions of this well-loved character. Plus I love the cute shoelace zipper pull and woven shoelace shoulder strap. They really add a lot of character to the bag. So if you’re looking for a spunky, yet minimalist look then I would definitely recommend this bag.

Is there a tote version of this? I love the Miss Marc Spot. Although not getting the name. I’m guessing the spot refers to it as being a circle, not spot the dog. lol
I’m not sure if I like this 100%. I own a couple Miss Marc bags in my collection from the previous season (sailor Miss Marc tote and the very first one every. Not sure the name. She’s dressed in all black).
This one looks cute in the photo above, but I’m worried about the size. Is it like oversized or mini. Hmm, I should see if there’s somewhere around here that has it in stock.
