Marc by Marc Jacobs Patent Leather Hobo
The Marc by Marc Jacobs Spring 2009 Collection is here! Several styles have already hit the shelves and the rest are soon to follow. I am really excited about this collection because there is a little something for everyone. In this new collection, you’ll find some old time favorites in some very NEW colors (think jungle green, bright purple, and cherry red). There are also some completely new styles to be found, as well as some familiar-looking styles from past seasons with newly added twists. One of my personal favorites from this collection is the Marc by Marc Jacobs Patent Leather Hobo. It is sort of a mix of old and new features. Most familiar about it is the signature turnlock closure and polka dot lining. What’s new? Marc added a very unique-looking, open circle chain. At first, I wasn’t too crazy about the chain. But the more I look at it, the more it is starting to grow on me. Perhaps it is because the chain seems to compliment the shiny patent leather nicely. So if you’re interested in a somewhat familiar, yet somewhat new handbag from MBMJ, then this bag might be just right for you!

Good ol’ marc. He always amazes me, season after season.
Nobody snap at me.. lol.. I’m not a fan of patent. I would love to have this bag in like a cognac brown leather, or something. Maybe for fall.
