Lets talk color blocking. There’s a right way of doing it, and a wrong way. The Marc Jacobs Rose Bag is a perfect example of the right way. I personally think color blocking looks at it’s best when we’re talking about shades of a similar color, like how this bag has a two shades of blue. Now that compared to bags with blocking of random colors that don’t even connect on the color wheel – ie. like trying to match together red, blue and purple on the same bag. Not a fan.
This beautiful Marc Jacobs Rose bag is the right accessory for summer. I think the Caribbean sea blue and metallic gold python are such a beautiful combination. Honestly I am quite surprised this bag is on sale. Forzieri has this bag labeled as a newcomer for S/S ’13, yet the price tag is slashed 40% off retail. That’s insane.
