At first glance this new spring bag doesn’t resemble any other by designer Marc Jacobs. It doesn’t share any similar characteristic features that can be found when compared to one of its close relative lines – such as the signature chunky chain straps, quilted detailing, the iconic push-lock closure, etc. Nope, this bag is on it’s own. It’s a completely new style by the designer. What do you guys think of it?
The Marc Jacobs Rihanna bag is designed with a spacious interior (15.5″x 11.5″x 7.75″), a large easy-access twist-lock closure front flap pocket and features aged silver metal hardware, rolled leather half circle double handles, an extra 17â€? drop detachable thin chain link shoulder strap, the Marc Jacobs mini signature plaque on one side and a brown twill lining.
I found the Rihanna in two different versions: Dressed in a crackled metallic silver leather that fades into sumptuous putty colored suede ($2,075) and the other is a mildly distressed metallic leather version with textural grain ($1,650). Both can be discovered at eluxury.

Just boring Victoria talking here, but I don’t like change. I was really upset that MJ got rid of the thick chain strap on most of his bags. Also this one is totally different. . reminds me of Anya Hindmarch!
