About three years ago I fell in love with a Michael Kors handbag and I’ve been using it ever since. It’ not in the best shape now but it’s still gorgeous. It was the Michael Kors Uptown Astor Patent Satchel. It was released in black leather with gold hardware and my gosh it was beautiful. I remember they came out with a small satchel and the shoulder bag. I was literally in the Michael Kors store for a good two hours because I couldn’t decide which one I wanted more. Ultimately, I went for the shoulder bag but it took a very long time for me to come to that decision!

As far as I’m concerned, Michael Kors is the king of making golden hardware look amazing on leather, especially black leather. Black leather handbags are usually stunning just as they are but golden hardware brings them to a whole different level. Together, golden hardware and black leather makes handbags look classy, flashy and stylish. Every time I see another Michael Kors handbag featuring this color combination I usually love it.

I’m obsessed with clothes at the moment and looking stylish at all times. I bought a skirt by Guess? and I ventured to the Aventura mall in South Florida today to try to find a shirt to match it. No luck of course but I did see a very gorgeous purse at Macy’s. it was the Michael Kors “Astrid” Satchel and it was drop dead gorgeous. I kid you not, I pranced around the purse department with it for about 20 minutes. If the sales associate would have spent more time with me, it would have most likely been in my hands right now. She decided to leave me and help two men instead and here and I decided to save the abuse on my credit card. Like they say, everything happens for a reason. Right? Right.

Obsession: Michael Kors Saffiano Travel Tote

The jumbo tote is a classic traveling staple. Design-wise I’ve always said the Saffiano Tote reminds me alot of the Louis Vuitton Neverfull with it’s simple open top design, spacious interior and delicate thin shoulder straps. However price-wise the Michael Kors is a winner at a little over half the price of the LV. Besides that, I’m a big fan of the logo-less print and I love the grey leather with the gold hardware.

Pair it with the Tory Burch Caroline Suede Ballet Flats and Helmut Lang Dropped Stitch Pullover.

Michael Kors is one of my top three favorite designers in the world. He’s one of the very few designers that can design almost anything and I will love it. What I mean by that is, I love the accessories, clothes, handbags, shoes, and watches that he designs. Usually I just like one category a fashion designer designs and that’s it. For instance, when I go into a Louis Vuitton store I only look at the handbags. When I go into Jimmy Choo I only look at the shoes. However, when I go into Michael Kors I look at everything! There isn’t a piece of his store that I miss because everything he designs is flawless.

Michael Kors is one of my favorite handbag designers. He is literally the king of designing black leather handbags that feature gold hardware, which happens to be one of my favorite combinations when it comes to handbags. I remember when I was at a Michael Kors store earlier this year, I told the sales associate how much I loved black and gold style. My Mom has been on the hunt for a new handbag for quite sometime now. We are both huge fans of Michael Kors so every week she looks at department stores to see if their is a new shipment in of handbags in. Yesterday, she purchased the Michael Kors “Bedford” in black with gold hardware. This is a handbag I wished about and let me explain why.

For weeks, I despised the Michael Kors “Bedford” Medium Satchel but I fell in love with the Large Satchel. It was gorgeous but I remember saying to myself, “I wish this came in black leather with gold hardware”. Yesterday, as my Mom and I were in the handbag section of a department store she saw the “Bedford” Large Satchel, fell in love but wanted it in black also with gold hardware. I instantly told her, I had searched online and it didn’t exist. As soon as I said that, I saw it on a table! I was amazed that it was made in black leather and gold hardware. Was Michael Kors listening to my fashion wishes? I was so excited and of course, my Mother snatched it up but now I want one! The bag is absolutely stunning in person!

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a die hard Michael Kors fan and lately he’s been on fire. Every time I go in a department store or take a gander in a Michael Kors store, there is always at least one thing that I want. Michael Kors designs exude class, sophistication and a whole lot of style.

I’m currently in love with the Michael Kors “Skorpios” Drawstring Bag. Usually I would never be into this type of bag. I like simplicity when it comes to a handbag, the less on a bag the better but there is something about the “Skorpios”. The white leather blends in really well with the brown handles and goldtone hardware. It was also be a great bag for the upcoming Spring and Summer seasons. This satchel would be a really cute accessory for a tropical vacation or perhaps even a cruise.
