I've ordered 4 times from them and in every situation the item sends out on the 7th Business day. Then depending on what shipping you paid for, you wont receive the item for up 2+ weeks. Allowing for a 5-7 business day shipping window enables HauteLook the ability to offer the maximum amount of styles brands have." i dunno! i don't mind the wait, that's for sure. all the stuff i've gotten off of hautelook has been so worth it. i don’t know, guys. i’ve shopped at hautelook before and i haven’t had any problem. before i shopped there i read about this “shipping” problem. so i looked up information about the shipping on the site and found this:
