Obsessed: Rebecca Minkoff Cerulean Blue Mini Affair Bag
I’ve always been a huge fan of the Chanel-esque diamond quilted Rebecca Minkoff Mini Affair Bag.. the diamond pattern and leather interwoven chain link strap style is a classic, as Chanel has already proven.
What I love about this bag, is that it’s an everyday-er. It’s the type of bag that can so easily go with what ever your fashion mood plays out – whether you’re dressed classic in a pencil skirt & pumps or rocking the casual chic look with basic tee & denims, the style of this bag is so versatile and will look great!
And the color! So gorgeous. What first caught my eye was the beautiful Cerulean Blue. I absolutely love the Cerulean ocean blue quilted pattern paired with the cool-toned silver hardware – such a great combo.

There’s a reason why millions of bag addicts consider Chanel an investment. You can have one for years without worry of it going out of style. It’s also a plus that if you ever get bored with it, you can easily resell on eBay, and most likely get in the neighborhood of what you originally paid.
One of my current favorites for sale by vintage resellers WGACA (What Goes Around Comes Around) is this Vintage Chanel edition dressed in a silk quilting exterior and jewelry shoulder strap. It’s different than all the other classic quilted Chanel’s out there and for that reason I love it even more!
Finish the look:
Vintage Chanel Silk Quilted Bag. $2850
Theory Rodiona G Encase Tee. $75
Tucker Slouchy Pants. $238.40
Alice + Olivia Dina Suede Pumps. $295
Kenneth Jay Lane Hammered Link Bracelet. $99

Lets talk color for just a second. Remember a couple months back when Pantone declared emerald as the ‘It Color’ for 2013 and everyone followed suit. Trendsetters, stylists, and designers all started coveting this hot new shade – Green for Spring! But in recent weeks I’ve noticed that color has started to dwindle off the radar. Could it be just that everyone is over this shade and opting for more summer-esque shades?

If you want to give into a great fashion investment this year, why not opt for Chanel? Recently spotted are two attractive and effortlessly cute vintage Chanel’s presented by the fashion world’s treasure hunters, What Goes Around Comes Around. If you have ever missed out on a past season “it” bag or if you find yourself desiring an exclusive and authentic piece, then you should pay a visit to WGACA Vintage on ShopBop.
Currently, they have these pretty French pastels up for grabs. The bubble gum mini features a spring ready hue of pastel pink with golden hardware. This mini is quite compact but incredibly convenient enough to hold cash and touch-up cosmetics. This mini flap bag covets the classic quilted diamond staple in smooth lambskin finish.

Do you know what day is coming up? March 17th is St. Patrick’s day! Do you have your green outfit planned out yet? I always wait until the last minute and usually go with wearing just a hint of green, like a scarf or something. By the way, did you know that green may be the national color of Ireland, but the color originally associated with St. Patrick was blue. Interesting huh?

My favorite colors at the moment are mint and pink or anything that’s pretty close to the colors too. As I’ve written non-stop in previous blogs, my favorite color combination is black and gold. Anything fashion wise that’s black and gold is always flashy and gorgeous looking. Now my second favorite color combination is mint and pink. The colors are so light, soft and look beautiful together! If you’re a girly girl like me, you might just love the two colors together too!

Hello Fall! It’s that time of year when heavily structured, quilted leathered handbags are re-introduced and certainly craved. Amongst the crowed there’s always that one black sheep that stands out above all. Over at the House of Burberry, it’s the truly unique Orchard Satchel.

I swear this blue trend just never seems to go away. It seems as if blue just keeps carrying on from season to season. All the different shades of blue are quite gorgeous but I wouldn’t want too much of it. I am eager to see what the next “It” color is going to be but for the time being I’ll just keep looking at the new fabulous pieces that come out in blue. As I always mention in my posts, Rebecca Minkoff is seriously one of the best female designers out there. She just keeps making hit after hit. We have seen the “Affair” bag before but the quilted royal blue version is to die for!

There is no doubt that Proenza Schouler is currently enjoying a cult-like status in the handbag world. Who doesn’t want to get their hands on the highly coveted PS1 Leather Satchel? It truly is an iconic piece! But there is more to this designer than simply this one style. Proenza Schouler has a wide variety of handbags to choose from. If you’re not one who likes to follow the trends, then perhaps going with an alternative style from this designer would make a fun way to put a little spin on your personal style. One handbag that caught my eye is the Proenza Schouler quilted mini PS1!
