I swear this blue trend just never seems to go away. It seems as if blue just keeps carrying on from season to season. All the different shades of blue are quite gorgeous but I wouldn’t want too much of it. I am eager to see what the next “It” color is going to be but for the time being I’ll just keep looking at the new fabulous pieces that come out in blue. As I always mention in my posts, Rebecca Minkoff is seriously one of the best female designers out there. She just keeps making hit after hit. We have seen the “Affair” bag before but the quilted royal blue version is to die for!
I absolutely love Rebecca Minkoff! Her style is just incredible! Her designs have a little bit of edge and a little bit of classic chic. Somehow she manages to bring these two opposites together in this perfect balance. I’m really not sure how she does it! Recently though, she has been coming out with some designs that are very minimalistic. Take, for example, the Rebecca Minkoff School’s Out Andie Tote!
We all remember that movie, Confessions of a Shopaholic. Rebecca Bloomwood while trying to overcome her expensive addiction freezes her credit cards in a giant block of ice that she breaks into because of a fashion “emergency,” a huge sale! My whole entire life, I have felt like New York was home more than Florida. I love Florida but New York was the place I got my first job. New York was the place where all my friends were. New York was the place I modeled and made money. I didn’t need a car in New York I could walk anywhere I want. New York really is a concrete jungle where dreams are made of. The shows, the fashion, the culture, the architecture literally everything about New York is inspiring and fascinating.
As I always mention in my posts, I love evening bags. I’m the type of woman that loves to dress to kill everyday. It’s very rare you see me go out in public dressed down. I’m not sure why I’m like this, but it just always feels good to look glamorous and sexy. If any woman disagrees, I’d say they are lying. Nothing beats a sexy dress, gorgeous high heels and a beautiful evening bag. You can’t fit much in an evening bag but they are definitely the finishing touch to any evening outfit.
Rebecca Minkoff is by far my favorite handbag designer at the moment. Every time Shop Bop posts a new Rebecca Minkoff bag I fall in love. Every single design Mrs. Minkoff comes out with is always a hit and drop dead gorgeous. Right now, the “Jealous” satchel is making my heart go pitter patter! This purse is elegant, classy and most importantly fabulous!
Something is clearly wrong with me because I’ve been interested in a lot of pink and really girly things lately. For years, I was in a black and white phase. Pretty much everything I bought fashion wise, especially clothes, was black and white. Now for some odd reason, I’ve been interested in a lot of color! I’ve been searching frantically online for a reasonably priced pink makeup bag. I actually owned the prettiest makeup bag that our very own founder of Bag Bliss, Jennifer Moreno, bought me for Christmas a couple of years ago. It was by Juicy Couture, it was simple and it was gorgeous! Sadly, it was stolen two weeks ago along with all my makeup and I’ve been anxiously trying to find one that’s just as pretty.
I think we all can agree that I have a severe obsession with anything Rebecca Minkoff designs. She’s one of my favorite handbag designers and anytime I see a new item by her pop up on Shop Bop, I literally drool. Shockingly, I’m currently in love with the “Little Louis” Pouch. I say shockingly, because I think we all know from my previous blog posts that I usually like black handbags with gold hardware. For some odd reason, I’ve been into a lot of beautiful colors lately and I’m not complaining one bit. I’m a huge fan of the “Little Louis” Pouch and I really want it!
