Daily Obsession: BCBG MAXAZRIA Astor Bowler

Obsessed: BCBG MAXAZRIA Astor Bowler

Clean and classic. When I first saw this bag it instantly reminded me of the iconic Louis Vuitton Speedy with it’s simple silhouette and finished off with a signature padlock. I absolutely love this bag.

Also available in classic Blue Depth Navy and eye-catching Turkish Rose – don’t let the color scare you. I know it’s Autumn but the Rose is stunning.

Pair it with Current/Elliott Studded Skinny Jeans and the Jenni Kayne Trench Coat.

Alexander Wang Pelican Satchel

I normally do not like white bags. I currently only own one white handbag and that is the Louis Vuitton “Multicolor” Speedy 30. Even though it’s not fully white, it’s pretty close to being an all white bag. Yes, it has a lot of color on it but my gosh is it hard to keep clean. I have to constantly clean it because you can easily see when it’s dirty. White bags can be very annoying but they are just like white cars, very beautiful and hard to say no to. One of the most gorgeous white bags I’ve seen in quite some time is the Alexander Wang “Pelican” Satchel.

Burberry Orchard Satchel

Hello Fall! It’s that time of year when heavily structured, quilted leathered handbags are re-introduced and certainly craved. Amongst the crowed there’s always that one black sheep that stands out above all. Over at the House of Burberry, it’s the truly unique Orchard Satchel.

Alexander McQueen Heroine Bag

Alexander McQueen is one of my all time favorite designer brands. McQueen designs and releases fashion pieces that are incredibly different looking than anything out there at that moment. The brand is definitely unique all around and that’s what makes people love it even more. I’ve been a huge fan ever since I laid eyes on the “Skull” box clutches and I hope one day I have a closet full of McQueen pieces.

The Alexander McQueen “Heroine” Bag is one of the more stunning bags I’ve seen in a while. I don’t normally like camel colored bags. In fact, I don’t own a camel colored bag and I never intend to unless the bag looks like this. The structure of this bag is simple but yet timeless.

Tory Burch Priscilla Satchel

I’m craving to buy a new black handbag. However, I’m very picky and it has to look perfect. I see handbags as investments because if I’m going to pay a large amount of money for a bag I better get a lot of use out of it. The only way I would get a lot of use out of a bag is if I know I’m going to use it non-stop. So for me, a black handbag has to be structured beautifully and have gold hardware. Both are crucial for me and if a bag doesn’t meet my criteria it’s an automatic, no.

Valentino So Noir Rockstud Tote

The stud trend doesn’t seem to be going anywhere just yet! It seems like every season, more and more designers are getting in on the endless stud trend. I’m not one for trends but I do love studs! Studs add some pizazz to a handbag and not to mention make it a little more edgier looking. I’m such a girly girl that I’ve always been into the edgy look. It’s kind of like I get to play dress up on that particular day because that’s not normally my style.

Michael Kors Astrid Satchel

I’m obsessed with clothes at the moment and looking stylish at all times. I bought a skirt by Guess? and I ventured to the Aventura mall in South Florida today to try to find a shirt to match it. No luck of course but I did see a very gorgeous purse at Macy’s. it was the Michael Kors “Astrid” Satchel and it was drop dead gorgeous. I kid you not, I pranced around the purse department with it for about 20 minutes. If the sales associate would have spent more time with me, it would have most likely been in my hands right now. She decided to leave me and help two men instead and here and I decided to save the abuse on my credit card. Like they say, everything happens for a reason. Right? Right.

Versace Medusa Flap Satchel

Versace has been hiding from the spotlight and it’s about time we bring them forward. The Italian brand can be best characterized for its modern style with a gothic twist to it. You either a fan of them or not, regardless, we always look forward to the newbie’s that the House has to offer. It seems like the most interesting details are found on Donatella’s accessories. If it doesn’t arrive with a heavily studded metal array then it’s the unusual patterns that challenge the design element of the typical women’s style.

Diane von Furstenberg Drew Suede Satchel

Diane Von Furstenberg nailed it this season with the Drew Suede Satchel. What’s not to love about it? Plus, the fact that the Drew’s arrive in means of multiple personalities is an absolute plus in my book!

Fellow BagBliss’er Marissa raved about the DvF Studded Drew, while I’m truly digging its just-as-attractive color block relative. The mash up of fall hues is eye-catching, but what really drove my interest about this piece is the refreshing collaboration of multiple textiles in one. The mixed leathers in a color block panel make a grand alternative to the fall classics. This trendy satchel hosts pebbled, textured, patent and suede leathers, creating a vintage and exotic feel.
