Baby Pink and Mint are two of my favorite colors and I’m seeing them non-stop this holiday season. I guess they are the “it” colors for this Fall and upcoming Winter seasons because the two colors are literally everywhere and I’m loving it! I’ve seen just about everything in the fashion world featured in these two colors but one of my favorite pieces in the Alexander McQueen Studded “DeManta”. When I think of studs, I envision them being on a bold and dark color. I would of never have thought to see studs on a pink bag but I have to say I like it! It doesn’t make the bag look edgy but just gives it more of a stylish look. It’s like a girly and more feminine take on an edgy bag.

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m an extreme girly girl. I love the color pink, and mint at the moment, and I usually love anything that is ultra feminine. I love anything in the fashion world that’s pink and over five years I was able to get my hands on one of the Christian Dior logo pink signature handbags. I still have it and I use it every now and then. It’s in perfect condition but if I could purchase another pink bag it would be the Sweet Charity “Spiked” Bag by Christian Louboutin.

I have always had a thing for bows and hearts. Both are incredibly feminine and make me feel king of young I guess. Ever since I was a little girl everything had to have a bow or a heart. I’m not as extreme anymore, but I tend to only like jewelry that features a heart on it and I love when shoes have bows on them. I know I’m a girly girl but I personally think they make certain things a little cuter.

Trends usually come and go. It’s like they are the one hit wonders of the fashion industry. They are here for maybe a season or two and then they vanish. However, sometimes they make another appearance a few years down the road. Let’s not forget to mention though that, not very often but definitely sometimes, a trend comes out and never seems to leave! Whenever that happens, I just hope it’s a trend I like! If I like the trend then I don’t care how often I see it in the stores at the mall. One of those trends that has been non-stop for the past couple years is the stud trend. Studs have been very popular and seen non-stop the fashion world for a while now. Looks like the stud trend is here to stay and doesn’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

Studs add some pizazz to a handbag and not to mention make it a little more edgier looking. I’m such a girly girl that I’ve always been into the edgy look. Anything by the house of Alexander McQueen is usually unique looking but also fabulous. I do not own anything by Alexander McQueen but I can’t wait till the day I have my very own skull clutch that’s adorned with Swarovski crystals. I consider McQueen pieces to be like that of art. They are very different looking and they do not look like anything else any other designer out there has designed. I guess you could say the Alexander McQueen brand likes to push the limits and I would say they always succeed.

Fall is not my favorite season but in the fashion world, I love it! I adore black handbags and right before Fall all these fabulous handbags start coming out. One of those handbags is the Studded “Drew” by Diane von Furstenberg. I swear, two trends that just never seem to go away are the neon trend and my personal favorite, the stud trend. Diane von Furstenberg nailed the whole stud trend with this beauty! I especially love the mix of big and little studs featured all over the bag.

Every now and then, the rocker chick comes out of me and I like my outfit to be edgy for that particular day. About two years ago, I rocked the edgy look everyday but now my look is more classic. Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy Onassis are fashion icons to me. We definitely don’t see very many people sporting fashion like they did back then these days. But at least we can still say, we still have fashion. It maybe different but it’s still fashion.

The Alexander Wang Rocco Duffel Bag has been around for some time now. Ever since I first laid eyes on it, I have been dreaming about it. Celebrities love it too, whether it happens to be the mini or regular size. I’m not sure what the appeal is exactly, but I suspect it is those studs that cover this bag’s entire bottom. I won’t argue with that. I love those studs too! The only problem is that they can get quite heavy. Hmm… what to do?
