I’d have to admit, I always hated L.A.M.B. I couldn’t understand why Gwen Stefani charged so much for her designer goods especially since L.A.M.B. hasn’t been around too long. When shoes and handbags cost over $300, I would like to think I’m putting my money towards a product that is made in France or Italy. I still think L.A.M.B. is way overpriced, but I must say that I’m loving the things the designer brand comes out with.

My absolutely favorite fashionable accessory by L.A.M.B. is definitely the shoes. The shoes are so amazing, and edgy that they fit my wardrobe perfectly. Only downside is that they are on the expensive side.

Sometimes, I do love the handbags and wallets L.A.M.B. comes out with. Right now, I’m currently liking the “Gilded” Flap Wallet. The wallet isn’t really my style, but for some reason it reminds me of the 80′s. I’m an 80′s baby, and the wallet seems like it would fit in perfect with that era. The color, fabric and zipper of the wallet all seem old fashion to me. I could totally see someone rocking this wallet with an outfit from American Apparel.

American Apparel has wild clothes that can definitely bring someone back to the 80′s. If you want to relive the 80′s then you may want to check the over-popular store to get some stylish clothes to match your new L.A.M.B.

It’s usually no biggie to find a cute compact accessory that’ll hold your loose change and also double as a paper currency and cardholder, most are recognized as a wallet. So what does a multifunctional wallet and a purse all-in-one look like? Something like the Framed Wallet Sequined Purse by Marc Jacobs. It’s a newbie to his collection, and although it’s glimmery and eye catching, I find this accessories silhouette to be rather strange.

The fact that every separate compartment is quite detailed rather than compacted into one is different, and in a way, might keep you a bit more organized. To one side of this purse you get a fold over wallet style section, lined in fuchsia leather, and convenient for your cash and plastics; and to it’s opposite side, a fun sequin embellished coin pouch, adorned with gold studs and a kiss lock closure.

Simply carry this piece close to you by means of the long leather shoulder strap. The safety pin and beaded shoulder strap is detachable in case the small accessory with a long shoulder strap look isn’t your style. I think it’s adorable, but not something I would wear. I currently own a Louis Vuitton Wallet, but I can very much appreciate a beautiful wallet. Lately, I’ve been looking at wallets in hopes to find another one just as beautiful as my Louis Vuitton one to purchase. Nothing is as classic as a Louis Vuitton wallet, but I do agree that not only does a fashionista need “bag” variety they also need “wallet” variety.

It takes a lot for me to like wallet. Something either needs to be unique about the wallet, or it just needs to be plain beautiful. When I came across the Dolce & Gabbana “Lock” Wallet, as I like to call it, I was quite impressed. It was fairly simple, but yet the little lock in front of the wallet made it look that much more cuter and stylish.

What is cool about a wallet like this, is that you really could wear it two different ways. I would personally use this as a wallet to throw in my purse, but some people like to use stylish wallets as if they were a clutch. Think about it, if you have nothing to bring with you other than money or some credit cards then carrying a wallet like a clutch wouldn’t seem like a bad idea. I could never go anywhere without a cell phone, but if you can live without a cell phone, and lip gloss then carrying around a stunning wallet would probably be ideal for you.

The padlock really makes this wallet look unique to me, and that’s not even the coolest part. The top zip closure has an attached leather strap and keyring, so that you can actually “lock” the wallet up. Not very ideal, but definitely a cute little feature to the wallet.

I myself own a single practical piece, but the idea of adding a new addition doesn’t sound like a bad idea. The Chat: Bold and Colorful Wallets

Many times, I have looked at the Stella McCartney Zebra-Print Wool Clutch over at Net-A-Porter (.com). It’s strange, really. I’ll see the thumb-nail picture there and I can’t resist the urge to click on it to view the product details. So I finally I decided I might as well write about it… since, for some reason, I can’t seem to stop looking at it.

So what exactly is drawing me in when I see this clutch? The Stella McCartney Zebra-Print Wool Clutch isn’t anything super spectacular. But I do like the simple shape, the soft pleating, and the tone-on-tone zebra print. I also like the unique interior design of this clutch. The top unsnaps and the clutch folds out flat. The interior features both a framed, kiss-lock pouch and a deep zippered pocket. At the very least, it’s mesmerizing to look at while you try to figure out how everything works. This clutch may not pack a huge punch, but I think it would be great for someone looking for a simple black clutch with just a hint of spunk. Of course, you can’t really go wrong with anything that is basic black.

I have been drooling over zip around wallets lately. They seem so convenient and much easier to handle and carry around than a button wallet. Also, they definitely give you the peace of mind that nothing will ever fall out of your wallet, since the inside is fully closed with the zipper.

One zip around wallet that caught my eye on Zappos was the Marc by Marc Jacobs Softy Large Zip Around. The wallet is simple, but yet it’s stunning. Who knew that such a simple wallet could catch someone’s eye. I think this wallet is eye catching due to the cursive writing on the front of it. The wallet features a logo plate that says, “Marc by Marc Jacobs.”

The wallet comes in two different colors: Black and Pale Grey. My ultimate favorite is the Pale Grey, which is shocking because usually I’m in love with anything that is black leather. I love the Pale Grey so much because it really lets the logo plate stick out. In the black version the logo plate is kind of unnoticeable because of the ultra dark color.

Details of the wallet include: quilted accents; zip around closure; leather interior; credit card slots; and a full length zip pocket.

With the economy in the current shape that it is in, one can’t help but want to save money. And with so many stores having sales or websites hosting sample sales, how can a shopaholic possibly resist? But there is another way to save money that perhaps some people haven’t thought to consider… and that is buying pre-loved handbags and accessories. Why pre-loved? Well, for one, you can often find good deals on items that never go on sale (e.g. Louis Vuitton). You can also find discontinued styles and hard-to-find collector’s pieces. And the best part is, something only has to be used once or twice to be called “used”. This means that you have a pretty good chance of finding something that is practically new without the “new” price tag. Love it!

So where does one find a good selection of pre-loved handbags and accessories? Ebay was once a hot spot for used luxury items. Unfortunately, however, with all the fakes out there people have become wary of the things offered for sale in this virtual marketplace. This is such a shame because there are still trustworthy sellers out there that have wonderful deals to offer, the trick is learning how to spot them. I love that because you can see for yourself exactly what condition the item is in. From my experience, their customer service is pretty good and their shipping is extremely prompt.

It’s called the Marc Jacobs Safety Pin Stam Satchel. We’re all familiar with the Stam, but it appears as though Marc has chosen a rather unusual adornment for this particular version — two extra large safety pins. Leave it to good ol’ Marc to give us all a good chuckle! He has this way of taking something so ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary. Yes, it’s wacky and eccentric. But what can I say? Marc is a wacky and eccentric sorta guy (in a good way, of course!). And I can’t help but love him and his designs regardless. I’m always excited to see his new collections season after season, anxiously waiting to see what he’ll come up with next.

There is just something about this clutch that leaves me in total and complete awe. The hand-held style, crocodile-look (which is actually calfskin leather) combined with that intense emerald green… wow, I just love green accessories for spring!

What I love most about this clutch is the striking, super glossy, vivid green color really pops out, opposed to a black or some other neutral-toned clutch, this one will really catch some attention. Also it’s a great color to accessorize any look, for any season.

Designed by Givenchy, it’s the new Melancholia Clutch. This luxurious bag is made completely of faux crocodile-embossed calfskin leather and features a flap front with magnetic snap closure. The interior of this beauty is lined with a zipper pocket and two organizational pockets. I would say this clutch is a good size for a day or evening bag. The dimensions are about 13″ width, 7.5″ high x 1″ deep, which is a decent size for a clutch. You can probably stuff in there your wallet, cellphone, and your favorite pair of lipstick.
