Louis Vuitton has faced off once again with the Contemporary Arts! The French luxury brand has collaborated with the Princess of Polka Dots, Ms. Yayoi Kusama, and has brought to us one of the most interesting collections yet. Japanese artist and writer Yayoi Kusama sees her life as “a dot lost among millions of other dots”. “Without beginning, end or center”, Kusama presents her designs as repetitious, infinite, and with much energetic vibe. Her signature pattern of spots on a solid background has captured the mind of Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton, bringing their exciting affiliation to the world of fashion. Their vision is presented among some of Vuitton’s most classic collections.

When I was a kid, there was an old Domino set at my grandma’s house. I remember taking the set out and playing with them. However, I don’t think I understood how to play the actual game. In fact, I still don’t know how to play to this day… something about like values touching. That is perfectly okay though because you can have a ton of fun with Dominos without ever playing a game. You know what I’m talking about! Standing the Dominos up on their ends and making a trail all over the room. Then, of course, there is the satisfaction of giving the first one in line a little nudge and watching the show. I suppose it comes as no surprise then that I was instantly intrigued by this clutch when I first laid eyes on it. Meet the Charlotte Olympia Domino Pandora Perspex Clutch!

Who says dogs are man’s best friend? I will have you know that I love my dog very much! She’s my spoiled rotten little brat, but she is also my best friend. I’m sure a lot of you ladies will agree with me when I say a dog is a girl’s best friend too! If you have a pup that you adore, then perhaps you would like a handbag that shows it. Meet the Dolce & Gabbana Bulldog Tapestry Bag!

I have had a thing for 3.1 Phillip Lim ever since I first laid eyes on the Edie Bow Bag. I still have dreams about that bag, but it looks like it will forever be the one that got away. Oh well, at least it got me interested in 3.1 Phillip Lim handbags. Now it seems I am always on the look out for new styles from this designer. Oddly enough though, the most recent style to catch my eye is… well, a little odd. Meet the 3.1 Phillip Lim The Break-Up Bag!

Wow, I cannot believe it is almost Memorial Day. It is literally just around the corner. Where has the spring season gone? Memorial Day cookouts and picnics, here we come! So in honor of Memorial Day, I thought I would throw a little red, white, and blue into the mix. Remember when people would wear red, white, and blue for this holiday? Perhaps not quite as much as for the Fourth of July, but this patriotic color combination has long been a Memorial Day “favorite”. Jewelry, especially. And clothing too. What about handbags though? Well… yes, there are a few of those floating around. The one you see here particularly caught my eye. Introducing the Totem Salvaged Appliquéd Cotton Clutch!

Olympia Le-Tan never ceases to amaze me. I was first introduced to her collection back in January when I stumbled across some of her novel clutches. So captivating were her creations, they left huge impressions in my mind. The hand embroidered details, the whimsy, the fact that they reminded me of Kate Spade’s novel clutches only 1000 times better… how could I not dream about them? Interestingly, others seem to share my sentiments. Olympia Le-Tan pieces pop up on Net-A-Porter fairly regularly, only to sell out within a few days (sometimes not even that). But what is this I see? It is what appears to be an Olympia Le-Tan piece, but it is different from what I’m used to seeing. Meet the Olympia Le-Tan Brozac Pill Box Bag!

It’s Spring and it’s already scorching hot here in South Florida. Before we know it, Summer will be here and it will be scorching hot pretty much everywhere nationwide. When I think of Spring or Summer, nothing comes to my mind but the beach. When it’s incredibly hot outside going to the beach or a pool feels pretty amazing. Plus, who doesn’t like a little bit of a tan? I resemble Casper at the moment so a fashionable trip to the beach is in order.

Unfortunately, there are no enforced regulations on the amount of puff you can add to a handbag. Some fur pieces are absolutely striking and attractive, and then you have the ones that seem to be made out of the excess pelts from the good-looking ones. I always envisioned the brand of See by Chloe as the rebellious little sister of the French couture name of Chloe.
