So apparently socialite Paris Hilton believes she is carrying on the legacy of legendary blondes like Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana, and that “There is nobody in the world like me. I think every decade has an iconic blonde – like Marilyn Monroe or Princess Diana – and right now, I am that icon. I read these stories about me starting fights and saying stupid stuff. I have become a cartoon. Nobody seems to get that how I am on ‘The Simple Life’ is a character. I even know what a (US discount store) Wal-Mart is. I play dumb like Jessica Simpson plays dumb. But we know exactly what we’re doing. We’re smart blondes.” (I think that’s called being fake)

According to Life Style Extra, Paris Hilton bashes on celebrity children that spend there parents money. Her $50 million inheritance from great-grandfather Conrad Hilton is meaningless, because she earns her own money. She said: “I haven’t accepted money from my parents since I was 18. Since then, I’ve worked on my own. I lot of my friends still don’t have a job and they live at home, and have to ask their parents for everything. It feels good that I don’t ever have to depend on a man or my family for anything.” She added: “I’m definitely a workaholic. I love it. I think it just runs through my veins. My great-grandfather was a bellboy and had a dream to do a hotel chain, so I think I get it from him. There are a million heiresses I’ve heard of who don’t do anything with their lives.”
