Yves Saint Laurent name change

According to reports, Yves Saint Laurent‘s creative director Hedi Slimane is changing the name to Saint Laurent Paris. I mean personally I don’t really care for change. ‘SLP’ doesn’t really have quite the ring as ‘YSL’ and what does this mean for that classic YSL logo? Time will tell. WWD reports that the ‘Yves’ name drop will be introduced in the next few months and will be in place by the time Slimane debuts his first collection for Spring Summer 2013.

What do you guys think of this change?

Well it’s definitely a shame, but what can you really do :dizzy: I wish they didn’t change the name, because what does this mean for the Y signature chyc bags? I hope they keep that line!
